How to enable JavaScript in your browser:

  1. Open the "Tools" menu and click on "Internet Options"
  2. Go to the "Security" tab
  3. Click on the "Custom Level..." button
  4. Scroll down to the "Scripting"section and make sure
    that under "Active scripting" "Enable" is selected.
  5. Click "Ok" and restart the browser

  2. Click on the "Web Features" button
  3. Make sure that "Enable JavaScript" is checked.
  4. Click "Ok" and reload the current page.






How to enable cookies in your browser:

  2. Go to the "Privacy" tab
  3. Click on the "Default" button to restore your default
    cookie settings (if it's disabled then you already have
    the default settings).
  4. Click on the "Ok" button to save the changes.

If you are experiencing problems with the radio in Firefox
then you may be missing the Windows Media Player ActiveX plugin for Firefox.
To install the missing ActiveX plugin just download this installation file,
close all open Firefox windows,run the installation file, and follow the instructions there.

Why doesn't a station work?

If the radio doesn't work at all check that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed. Some third party software, like a firewall or anti-virus, can cause the toolbar radio to malfunction. If you are experiencing weird behavior with the radio and have some kind of software like this installed then please try to disable it, refresh the toolbar, and see if it solves the problem. If you do find that it helps then please contact us and let us know about it.
